Handyman looking for Real Estate cleanups in Connecticut

Are there any investors or Real Estate companys in Connecticut that need help in cleaning up vacant properties.
I am very good in all areas that needs to be done. From painting to flooring to just cleaning up the fastest and cheapest way to do this.
I always had a interest in doing this, but never could find the right investor.
