Hi! Halleluah to that one. I'm from Maryland, and we
have had problems with a few "flipping scamers" in recent months. It seems that this kind of stuff has been going for quite a while, and it is just now being publicized. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if "flipping" became illegal in this state. By the way, the scamers were caught and put in jail.
