TYPES OF NOTES (ASSETS)?? NEED ADVICE FROM ALREADY SUCCESSFULL NOTE HOLDERS

Can anyone point me to a list of the types of cashflow options that are out there? I want to know what my options are. I would like to be able to puchase existing cashflows at discount, and collect the cashflow monthly on that note. (of course thats what everyone wants)..lol I build and sell businesses and am looking to buy enough cashflow to cover my living expenses and leisure expenses. I don't want to do realestate because it seems like a major pain in the rear and its LANLORDING! I would rather be the lender. ANYONE who has been successfull doing exactly what I'm looking to do, PLEASE email me. Your advice would be GREATLY appreciated and would save me major headaches. I don't want to go through all of the books and courses, I know that relationships with successfull people who are where you want to be are what get you there. I am a successfull Internet businessman, so hopefully I will be of benefit to you as well. Thank you.
