Hello Group:
Newbie here..LOL Question.. I have access to my county
recorders office as well as the property appraisers
office via the net.

I have found an empty house in need of some major repairs.
The house is a mess.. a rehabbers dream! According to the county's
data base the house is an owner/occupant. They are gone for sure. How
can I find out if the house is foreclosure and if there
is a bank involved? I guess what I'm asking here is where do I go
to read the actual documentation to see who is what in the chain of command?
