Best way to start with no money???

I am very new to this business. I just purchased winning in the Cash Flow business, because it sounds like a good business. I have read up on the note business before and talked to others in the business, so I had a rough idea what it was all about. I purchases Russ's course because it sounded like a good place to start.

While I am awaiting the course, I am trying to do some more research and find out the places to start.

I am a college student who works his ass off in school and at work. This sounds like a good way to make some extra income to help ends meet.

I am willing to work at this, but what I really want to know is it possible to really find notes and post them and then get a commission or what I am seeing as a finders fee.

I would appreciate all the help I can get, and wouldn't mind hooking up with a broker with some experience, to help me get started. I would appreciate any advice and/or help anyone can give me.
