There have been several companies and individuals having success in this area. A while back, a company named "Commission Express" was marketing their service and I believe training. I don't buy unsecured paper and basically know agents too well to trust them, so I don't get involved in it. I would follow up with "Commission Express" and I believe Jon Richards at "Noteworthy" has written some articles and/or training materials related to buying commissions.
