I will not spent $3000.00 in a training. Don't belief the sale pitch. I lost thousands of dollars buying courses and got nothing back.
My best advice, because, spent little.
Real estate is the most secure investment.
I bout a house for $92,000.00 and sold it for $160.00 after 10 years my profits was $70,000.00 and I did it
O.P.M.(OTHER PEOPLE MONEY)
I got a loan of $10,000.00 for the down payment.
I rented the house for $1,000.00 a month.
My monthly mortgage payment was $659.00
My monthly profit was $341.OO in 10 years $40,920 profits in those 10 years plus $70,000.00 profit from the sale of the house total $110,000. NO TO BAD FOR 10 YEARS WAITING.
Don't forget that I never use a red American penny of my own. My down payment was a loan that I paid off with the profit from the rent.
I don't think that there are better investment that real estate.
The paper discount business is hard.
There are thousands of peoples doing the same thing and it is not easy.
The informercial guru make easy for you. BEWARE OF gurus. They make their money selling books, tapes,courses not making deal in discount papers.
If it so easy why they don't keep doing it so they can make more money. They make it so easy for you to buy the programs, to go to they seminars, camps, etc.
When they got your money they will tell you are in your own and we will advice you. If you fail they will says you did not put enought effort. A bunch of lies!
and this is what they will tell you!
FIND IT! Go to the court house and find the customer.
LISTE IT!In my Web site. You don't know how much they make in your effort. & MAKE MONEY!Your commission will be between 8% to 15%
You are only the intermediary. You did the job for them and make more money that you, besides selling you the seminars.AND IT IS NOT EASY TO FIND CUSTOMERS,BECAUSE THOUSANDS ARE DOING THE SAME THING AND READING THE SAME PUBLIC RECORD.
Becareful. I hope you don't have to regret expending your hard earning money in something that you will not get the results the advertise. ARE YOU WITH ME?
They are a bunch of liars in discount note business.
I have three courses and never make a dime out of that.
I wasted my time and money.
It is up to you if you want to take the risk.

I WISH SOMEBODY OUTHERE WILL GIVE ME THE WARNING I AM GIVING YOU FOR FREE. IT COST ME MONEY TO LEARN.
With my experience and will no take the 3 K training.
I am telling you this, because I try everything advertise on TV. I lost thousands of dollar that I never recover, in my desperation to find a home business niche.
But listen, try buying a distress house, fixed and I guarante you that you will make at least $ 20,000.0 to $ $30,000.00 in the deal just by face lifting the house.
In Real Estate will be difficult to fail.
If you read the daily paper you will find a lots of deal zero down. Take it and you shall see the money coming in to your household.
