Shipping Policies

Shipping rates apply to US shipping only.  Shipping outside the US will be billed the exact shipping cost and must be paid in advance.  Shipping "Next Day" or similar methods can be extremely costly for such large packages and must be approved and paid for in advance.

Please allow as much as 4-6 weeks for delivery.

While we make every effort to ship within 24 hours, delays in product production or times where there are numerous orders can lead to a short supply and delays.  Our goal is to provide the highest quality information and education in the industry to those who are ready and willing to learn - and profit.  It isn't to sell warehouses full of mediocre or low quality courses (though shiny and beautifully packaged) to thousands of people who will just fill their bookshelves or garage.

Some products are produced and shipped by others.  We would not deal with someone who has chronic shipping delays or problems with the quality of the product or information.  Though our experience is they ship in a timely manner, others can run into delays at times also.

If the possibility of a potential delay (though rare) would cause undue stress or anxiety, please feel free to reconsider your order.  Otherwise, please enjoy the best educational material available on discounted mortgage investment.
