This is a website that I just found with a lot of very useful and sobering information for people thinking about getting into brokering notes.
For instance, they claim that the note business is at an all time low! (Item 10) They also have a lot to say about seminars and gurus, not much of it complimentary.
I have just started looking into this field, and it seems that to be a success will take a full-time, concentrated effort. Don't kid yourselves. Systems don't succeed, but hard work, knowledge, and determination will. Good luck all.
