I am very familiar with the concept. There's nothing new about it, though Commission Express may think they created it.

What I don't know is what Commission Express charges for their franchises and what services they offer. I am quite familiar with franchise laws and operations. If the cost isn't too much, then it might be very worth it. If it costs quite a bit, then I would recommend you talk with many of their franchisees before springing for it.
