Are you currently working? Do you have income coming into your household? What are your credit scores?

Do you have any CASH of your own to put down? What if I put up additional funds so that you could get the loan balance down to no more than 80% LTV and thus obtain a better interest rate on your financing and also NO "PMI private mortgage insurance premium, would you be willing to give up some of the upside potential in that home?
