HELP!!! Mr Behle or others

I have a problem. I have people calling me that have Mortgages or Trust Deeds to sell but my Partner (Mentor) has left. We originally started in the (We Buy Houses) but also included (We Buy Mortgages & Trust Deeds). He is the one that knows how to do this stuff and now is gone. I have advertising out there and now do not know what to say to these people that are calling. I guess you can say I'm one of these Broker - Brokers that you want out of the way. Hey until I get a course (lack of funds right now) I have not a problem with that. Other option is take down my signs (if I can find them) and get educated. Any help would be much appreciated.
