NO ADVERTISING is not just a request - it's an enforceable policy

Many seem to not read or ignore the policy of this newsgroup.

There is NO advertising. I grant some leeway occasionally for someone passing on a deal or needing some help. I can and always will grant some leeway for those who contribute to this forum. Make a worthwhile contribution and you can give out contact information, website address, etc. and "gently" mention your company and services, that you buy notes, etc.

For the drive by "bandit sign" posters who contribute nothing other than plastering up an ugly request for business, etc. STOP IT.

I will delete your posts and if needed BLOCK YOU from posting again. Your IP address is recorded with every post on this board and any other board using this or most any other software.

For the "SHILLS" that come in and post a question and then come back and answer the question they posted or direct someone to another website, you too will be deleted. It's a very simple thing to see that the person asking the question and giving the answer are one and the same.

Call this the "No Spin" zone of creative real estate. No spin, no shills. Just good and valuable education and resources.

The same goes for nasty remarks or attacks on other people. If someone has a post that you find offensive, in-correct, moronic or whatever, you are welcome and invited to email me about it - but if you attack, you damage your reputation also as it is NOT annonymous as you think it might be. If I need to ban you - I CAN. If I need to post your IP address and expose you - I WILL.

For those who truly contribute - - - Thank you. You are appreciated.
