I went to Chicago Title and explained what I was doing. When I asked for assistance, they gave me a login to their web site which gives fairly detailed information on a given set of critieria. If you have a title company in your area, promise them your business, it is no skin off their teeth to give you access to the information. In fact, you are kind of taking a load off them by doing their work.
