I've looked and looked through this forum and couldn't find anyone discussing note servicing companies.

I need a note servicing company to collect the monthly payments on several notes and forward the money to my IRA and generally keep me informed as to when the payments are late, send out the late notices, collect the late fees, etc. You know, all the regular stuff.

Or, if someone knows of a software package that could simplify the task, I'd appreciate the name.
