They are on top of the game, and had a long career in building up their own note portfolio before going full time into running their 16 year old private note servicing firm. For most folks using a third-party collection service is the best way to go, for a number of reasons. However, if you are looking to do it on your own, the NoteSmith software packages already mentioned earlier are highly recommended.
