I am wondering if I should go to a Workshop/seminar that would cost me $3000. They say on each transaction following the seminar, they will pay me $1000 extra until I get my money back. They say they will guide me and help me for free for a year.
This is ACFI related workshop. (You know, the 60 income sources, multiple streams of income... the infomercial, etc...) Of course, they say as long as I do what they say, I will make money, anywhere between $4000.00 to $6000.00 on each transaction, and initially, it will take about 6 weeks before I see my first check.I am interested in learning this business, and would like to create extra income to fund my other endeavors. So, I am thinking of doing this part time (3 to 4 hours a day maybe).
I keep reading that the brokering business is over crowded, and people struggle... so, what is the reality? Realistically, what are my chances of recovering the $3000 with three transactions, and actually making some money off of this business monthly?
Last point... I have a wife and she is about to give birth... she is looking more and more for stability. I am looking for ways to work for myself and therefore, looking for ways to fund my future business (which should cost me like $20,000 per year for the first three years or so before I make money, but eventually create stable income).
Perhaps learning how to broker notes would be suitable in creating side income, and even extra income in the future? --- Oh, and if I want to, I could broker notes from other countries as well, no? @(i.e. from Europe, Japan and China? )
Thanks!
